a better human(itarian)
Earning my International Diploma in Humanitarian Assistance meant spending the past four weeks studying, working, eating, drinking, dancing, playing, sleeping (and not sleeping) and swimming in Lake Geneva(!) with this crowd.
Thanks to the course directors and faculty and to my 40+ newest friends and colleagues, I feel that not only do I now have a "license to operate" as a humanitarian worker, but I also feel like a better person. Not bad for a modest course fee.
Here's a great little video put together by a fellow classmate. It's obviously geared toward those of us who attended the course, but it'll give you some idea of what we were up to. I even make a few appearances in it, including two shots of me filming myself...

Fantastic to just see you - the new and improved version. I miss you. I was hoping for a clip of you playing some soccer. Hope you haven't forgotten how.
